It's just about summer time (YAY!) and we all want a fabulous body, but we don't have time to work out or go to the gym or do a fitness class (yoga, zumba, cycling etc.) So here is an easy workout you can do in the mornings, to get ya in good shape + it really helps to wake you up...
When this becomes easy bump it up to 15 or 20. change it out. do wall sits, or burpees, sit ups..etc.
Caution : you can't do this then go eat 50 donuts and expect to stay fit. I know its such a bummer.
